Just spent a weekend with Kate. I’m still processing everything I learned for a day and a half. Spinning sound singles was superb, Spinning hand painted fiber was super fun and informative. Shifting shades: Spinning Gradient Yarns was challenging and, again, fun. I’m documenting my experiments using Kate’s format. Highly recommend Kate as a well organized and competent instructor.

The Yarn & Yoga at the hot springs retreat is honestly one of my very favorite events of my entire year! The combination of spinning content, restorative yoga, good food & the hot springs waters is just wonderful, & the relaxed but still inspiring content and pace make it truly a retreat. Restful & full of information at the same time. Your teaching style and pace is just perfect. I look forward to next year!
